The minimum order amount for free shipping is 5,000 TL. For orders below this amount, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A shipping fee of 300 TL applies to all destinations within Turkey for orders under 5,000 TL. For deliveries within Istanbul, a courier fee of 500 TL is applied to designated areas.

After receiving your order request, our team carefully prepares your products in accordance with all food safety and hygiene standards. The products are packaged in bubble wrap to prevent breakage and handed over to the courier. You can find the expiration dates on the product boxes. When consumed within this date range, there will be no spoilage. For products that may melt, we use special cooling materials and thermal insulated bags to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.

You can easily search by typing relevant keywords into the search bar at the top of our website (for example: “Praline”, “Truffle”, “Lokum”, “Snack”).You can also browse through our category menu to explore our product range. On the product page, you can select your preferred chocolate type and quantity (pcs/gr) and add it to your cart.

• Add the product you want to purchase to your cart.
• Click the “Complete Order” button.
• Select one of your existing addresses or add a new delivery address.
• Make your payment using either a credit card or bank transfer / EFT option.

Once you approve the Distance Sales Agreement, your order will be completed

You can cancel your order from the order screen by using the "Cancel" button before your order is handed over to the cargo or courier.

If your order has not been shipped yet:

• First, cancel your current order by selecting the "Cancel" option.

Your credit card number is encrypted by Wirecard Payment and Electronic Money Services Inc. and transmitted securely to your bank. It is never shared with third parties, and card information is not stored.

Our prices include VAT.

Orders placed through www.themarmarachocolate.com are delivered within Istanbul by our private courier service, and outside Istanbul via Yurtiçi Cargo.

We do not have any branches outside Istanbul.

We do not offer a cash on delivery option.

We are an e-invoice taxpayer. The invoice is sent by email to the person who placed the order. No invoice is sent to the recipient.

• When receiving the product, open and inspect the package in front of the cargo personnel.
• Do not accept damaged products and have the delivery personnel record a report.

Once the product is accepted, the responsibility of the cargo company is considered fulfilled.
